ETHICS AND MALPRACTICE

GREAT: Global Research in Economics and Advanced Theory strongly requires all authors to adhere to the ethical standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), which takes confidentiality issues seriously and is committed to protecting individual information. GREAT is available in print and online and strongly respects publication ethics and avoids any form of plagiarism based on Turnitin reports. This statement has described the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing articles in this journal, including the authors, editor-in-chief, editorial board, bestarial partners, and publisher (Gabungan Penelitian Edukasi dan Eksplorasi Teori, Banda Aceh, Indonesia). This statement is based on the COPE Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

Editor and Editorial Board
GREAT: Global Research in Economics and Advanced Theory has competent editors and editorial board with expertise in accordance with the focus and scope of the journal. The contact information and Scopus ID of each editor are transparently available on the journal's website. The selection of editors and editorial board is based on academic qualifications and research experience. The journal is committed to continuing to develop a global editorial network in the future.

Fees
GREAT Journal is an open access journal that supports the dissemination of knowledge without access barriers. To support the operation and management of the journal, authors are charged an article processing charge (APC) of 10 dollars for each article accepted and published.

Author Guidelines
All authors submitting article to GREAT Journal have to have knowingly contributed to the research article which will publish in GREAT Journal. Thus, all authors have an obligation to provide withdrawals or corrections of errors, in case of uncovering. In case of having financial support, also should be stated by authors in their article. Authors are strongly prohibited to publish same article in more than one journal or submitting elsewhere whilst reviewing process is ongoing. Furthermore, all of article must have list of references based on Author Guidelines.

Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to GREAT journal must obey aims and scope, and authors guidelines of the journal. The submitted manuscripts have to discourse scientific distinction or novelty proper to the aims and scope. All manuscripts have to avoid from plagiarism contents. All authors are required to do plagiarism detection soft aware to do the similarity checking, using Turnitin software is suggested. In GREAT journal editors have checked the plagiarism using the Turnitin software. The research article submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers, who have outstanding reputation in their field. GREAT journal have ensured that all of reviewers does not have any conflict of interest. The reviewers have given fairly a scientific statement to improve quality of manuscript, and also stating whether a manuscript can be published with mayor/minor revision or rejected in objective way. The type of review is international and double-blind peer reviewed journal. Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to reviewer’s comments. Publication of accepted articles and the sequence of published articles will be made by Editor in Chief. The consideration sequence of accepted date, geographical circulation of authors, and thematic issue are one of main reasons of publication. The reviewed article will be treated confidentially and fairly prior to publication.

Publication Ethics Aspects
GREAT: Global Research in Economics and Advanced Theory has strongly obligated publisher, editor, and author to obey to the ethical standards as regulated by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Thus, there are several ethical aspects that GREAT journal will take serious concern, namely;
• GREAT journal and editors will take reasonable stages to detect and prevent the publication of papers where research misconduct has happened;
• In no case will GREAT journal or editors reassure such misconduct, or knowingly allow such misconduct to take place;
• In the event that GREAT journal or editors are made conscious of any claim of research misconduct GREAT journal or editors will deal with allegations properly;
• GREAT journal will provide the guidelines for retracting or correcting articles when needed;
• GREAT journal or editors will always be ready to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when required.

Copyright and Licensing
Authors who will publish manuscript in GREAT Journal have agreed with following terms of conditions;
• Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal;
• Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal;
• Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

Subscription Fees Or Pay-Per-View Fees
GREAT Journal is open access journal which does not charge any subscription fees, pay-per-view, article-processing charge (APC), submission charges, or another fee. All processes of article publication are free of charge.

Electronic Backup and Preservation
All of articles published in GREAT journal has been backed up and preserved securely in library of Gabungan Riset Edukasi dan Eksplorasi Teori, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Authors or readers at any time can request the electronic or printed version of published article by email: Greet.research@gmail.com

Ownership and Management of Journal
GREAT:  Global Research in Economics and Advanced Theory is owned and managed by the Gabungan Riset Edukasi dan Eksplorasi Teori, Banda Aceh, Indonesia.

Publication Frequency: GREAT: Global Research in Economics and Advanced Theory has been published twice a year (Februari, Mei, Juli and November). Each issue number (issue) amounts to a minimum of eight (5) titles.

Geographical Diversity: GREAT: Global Research in Economics and Advanced Theory reflects geographical diversity in regional and international scope. The editors and editorial board come from various regions in Indonesia as well as neighboring countries such as Malaysia. Most of them have expertise in their fields, with affiliations that can be traced through Scopus IDs and email addresses listed in the journal. Article authors also come from various regions, both domestically and abroad, who submit manuscripts in accordance with the focus and scope of the journal.
